1. The Elite Rewards program membership and benefits are offered at the sole discretion of Elite Hospitality Group (EHG), its subsidiaries and affiliates. Hotels may be added or deleted at the sole discretion of EHG. The program is administered on behalf of EHG by TLC International (TLC) Bahrain.
  2. Membership to Elite Rewards entitles a Member to earn points, which can be redeemed for rewards in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of the program.
  1. Membership is free and is available to individuals above 18 years of age. Membership is not open to Companies and/or other entities. Employees and family members of EHG, TLC and their affiliates or subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in the program.
  1. New members shall be required to fill up the Registration Form available at www.theeliterewards.com or at the Front Desk of participating hotels, prior to issuance of their Membership number.
  2. Members cannot maintain membership in, or earn points on multiple accounts.
  3. Enrolment into Elite Rewards must be in the individual's full legal name, and proof of identification will need to be provided on request.
  4. Any change of information as provided in the Elite Rewards enrolment form must be notified to the Elite Rewards Member Help Desk in writing from the Member's Registered e-mail ID or post log in into the Membership account.
  5. Membership of Elite Rewards is valid for a period of 2 years and will be automatically renewed provided the renewal criteria, as laid down by the program, are met.
  6. All communication will be mailed to the registered mailing address of the Member as given at the time of enrolment or updated from time to time.
  7. Elite Rewards has no predetermined termination date and may continue until such time Elite Hospitality Group decides to terminate the program, at any time, with or without notice to the members. Accumulation of points will cease immediately on termination of the program. However, members will be given 3 months from the date the program termination is announced, to redeem a desired reward.
  8. Elite Hospitality Group reserves the right to add, modify, delete or otherwise change any of the rules, conditions, privileges, benefits, reward or reward levels pertaining to the program at its sole discretion, with or without notice, even though changes may affect the value of points or rewards already accumulated.
  9. EHG reserves the right to grant or refuse a membership without assigning any reason. EHG also reserves the right to discontinue membership to Elite Rewards to any member who appears to be using the program in a manner inconsistent with the terms and conditions, or intent of the program, or any portion of the program, including, but not limited to, reward redemption or for failure to settle his or her hotel bills. Discontinued membership may result in the loss of all accumulated points and the cancellation of all Elite Rewards benefits and privileges.
  10. Points issued have no monetary value and cannot be bartered or sold by members for cash at any point of time. These points may only be exchanged for rewards or benefits on offer through the Elite Rewards Program.
  11. All interpretations of the Terms and Conditions and program rules shall be at the sole discretion of EHG.
  12. Any member who has not earned points for a period of six consecutive months may be removed from the mailing list of active members. A member may reactivate his or her account by accumulating Points or by other such means that EHG may establish.
  13. EHG is not responsible, and assumes no liability, for changes or discontinuance of services provided by a service partner, that may affect the program rewards offered, the accrual of points or devaluation of points.
  14. Membership and related benefits are non-transferable.
  15. All disputes regarding the membership will be settled by arbitration, with the place of arbitration being the Kingdom of Bahrain and the arbitrator being the Chief Operating Officer of EHG.
  1. Points can only be earned at participating hotels of EHG. The list of participating Hotels is subject to change at any time, without notice. Additions and deletions to the list of participating hotels may be communicated from time to time and an updated list is available at the program website at all times.
  2. Points will be awarded on all room charges (excluding all incidentals like F&B spends, laundry, communication, banquets, business center services, spa, paid-outs, taxes etc) at participating hotels from the date of Member's enrolment into the program. No retro credits will be given for transactions prior to enrolment.
  3. To earn points, a Member must have given the membership number at the time of reservation, verified the membership number at the time of check out while settling the bill and be a registered, paying guest at a participating hotel.
  4. All bills must be fully settled before the points can be redeemed.
  5. Members will earn points for up to a maximum of two rooms per stay paid by him /her (i.e. the member's own room booked in his name plus one) regardless of the number of rooms booked and paid by the member during the same stay. No points will be earned for more than 2 rooms occupied by the members' and / or his/her family, even if paid for by the member.
  6. Points are not transferrable. Pooling of points between members is not permitted. Points awarded for a room shared by two Reward members will only be awarded to one Program Rewards Member.
  7. All Elite Rewards members will receive points update trigger after the checkout date and a statement for the month on which they transact or they can visit www.theeliterewards.com to view point statement and request redemptions. Any fractional points earned will be calculated to the next lowest integer.
  8. In cases where the member or the member's company is given a discount after the stay has been completed, the appropriate number of points will be deducted from the member's balance although he or she may have already been communicated the point status on the basis of non-discounted amount.
  9. Points will not be credited under the following cases:
    •  Booking made through a travel agent, OTA or a third party and payment is done by the member guest to the third party such as a travel agent, a tour operator and any other booking channels.
    •  Room rates for group bookings, conferences, weddings, events or organised tours.
    •  Room rates for airline staff and crew where rooms are pre-booked and paid for by the airline or directly.
    •  Room rates that are part of a master bill or are paid at tour operator rates, wholesaler or contracted travel agent rates or travel-industry staff rates.
    •  Employee rates or any complimentary rooms.
    •  Monthly Rates
    •  Any office space
  10. Elite Rewards reserves the right to deduct points from a member's account balance if the points have been erroneously recorded under the account.
  11. If a member of Elite Rewards is also a member of another loyalty program of a service partner (such as a frequent flyer program) whose members are also authorized to earn points at EHG, the Member will have to choose the program on which he wishes to earn points. A Member can earn points / miles etc for any stay only for one membership program.
  12. No purchase of points is permitted.
  13. A member whose individual hotel bill is billed directly to a company/organisation, and the member is responsible for authorisation for settlement at check out, is eligible for points. However, group master-billing arrangements where charges for multiple rooms are placed on one hotel bill and billed to the company or a common address or settled at check out by one individual, are not eligible for points.
  14. Point credits will not be awarded when redeeming any Elite Rewards, frequent-flyer awards, awards of travel partners, or other promotional offerings using discounts or free certificates.
  15. If a member believes he/she has not received point credit(s) for hotel stays despite mentioning the number while settling the transaction and reconfirming that at check-out, he/she must submit a written e-mail request from the registered email ID for such credit(s) to the Elite Rewards Member Help Desk, together with the original or scanned invoice of the member's hotel stay. No points will be given for failure to supply original or scanned invoices. The member should retain all hotel travel documentation until the point credit(s) has appeared on the point’s statement. Requests must be received at the Elite Rewards Member Help Desk within 30 days of receipt of points update.
  1. All Elite Rewards points will remain valid for redemption for a period of up to 2 years from their date of accrual. Points earned are valid on a two-year rolling basis and will automatically lapse at the end of that month. For example, points earned between 1st January 2017 and 31st March 2017 will lapse on 31st March 2019. Members are advised to redeem their points prior to the expiry date. Once expired, points cannot be revalidated.
  2. In case of non- renewal of membership (either by the Member or as decided by EHG as per the terms of the program), points accumulated can be redeemed only up to three months after the expiry of membership and will automatically lapse thereafter.
  1. Members can redeem the points once the corresponding minimum required level for that reward has been attained. They may also choose to accumulate more points to redeem a reward of a higher value.
  2. Should there be balance points left from a previous redemption, this balance may be carried over and added to the next redemption. To redeem the desired reward, please log into your membership account and fill up the Online Redemption Request Form and send to the Member Help Desk via mail or online drop.
  3. The Member Help Desk will acknowledge receipt of the redemption form, which will then be verified and processed. Please allow a minimum of two (2) weeks for verification and processing prior to release of the reward.
  4. Redemption Awards may be subject to black-out dates. Prior reservations are required.
  5. Gift certificates may not be converted to cash. The balance left is not redeemable in cash. The extras, over and above the certificate amount, have to be settled by the member directly at the hotel.
  6. The gift certificates are valid for a period of three months, are for one-time use only and are non-returnable. Points once debited cannot be re-credited to the Member's account.
  7. EHG does not guarantee in any manner the quality or durability of any of the items selected for redemption. Any complaint with respect to the goods received as redemption needs to be directed to the supplier. The Company further makes no warranties and representations, either expressed or implied with regards to the type and quality of services and goods provided through third parties.
  8. Participating hotels and restaurants can close out redemption bookings/reservations for select black-out dates.
  9. Accommodation is subject to capacity controls, which may limit the availability of rooms offered at specific participating hotels or during specific times of the year.
  10. All redemption requests against Elite Rewards Points must be made online.
  11. A member must allow up to 5 working days for processing of redemption requests for hotel stays. In case of merchandise or credit of partner Airline Miles, a member must allow up to 6 - 8 weeks for processing his/ her request.
  12. All taxes and applicable incidental expenditures will be borne by the member unless mentioned otherwise. EHG will not meet the cost of any tax, which may be levied on stay rewards in this program. This is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  13. In case of holidays at EHG as a redeemed reward, the Member will bear all travel and associated costs. In addition, meals or any other service not specifically mentioned, as being included in the redemption, will be chargeable.
  14. Valid holiday redemption documents must be submitted at the concerned EHG at the time of check-in.
  15. Participating Elite Hotels and rewards classification may change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of the Elite Hospitality Group.
  16. All rewards are subject to availability and supplier restrictions. Elite Hospitality Group may, without notice, withdraw or substitute any reward for another reward of comparable value and nature. In case the exact model of the merchandise mentioned in the rewards catalogue is not available at the time of redemption, an alternate model of the product will be made available to the member.
  17. Delivery of merchandise will be made only to addresses within Bahrain.
  18. Travel agents will not be given any commissions on rooms given as rewards.
  19. No credit or substitutions will be given for any rewards that are only partially used.
  20. Redeemed rewards once issued/delivered will not be changed and the member will not be entitled to any refund or credit for the points redeemed.
  21. Stay rewards once confirmed cannot be modified - dates or destinations - without forfeiting the redeemed points.
  1. Promotions and special offers at participating hotels will be for specific dates and are at the sole discretion of EHG. They can be withdrawn or altered without prior notice.

  2. By applying for the membership and by continuing to be a part of the Elite Rewards program, the data supplied by you at the time of enrolment, you accept and explicitly authorize EHG and TLC and their group and affiliate companies and the partners of the Elite Rewards program to process your personal information for the management of the Program and for communicating with you on a periodic basis on the program updates, offers and other promotional material as EHG and TLC believe will be useful for you.
  3. You are advised as a Member to restrict the access to your membership and Password and you are responsible for all activity done in your membership account on the use of your Password.
  4. In case you wish to be excluded from any mailings or any contact, you are advised to inform the Program Centre in writing from your registered e-mail ID.
